Prolonged VB: Prolonged vaginal bleeding (vb) can be caused by multiple reasons. Consider gyn evaluation consisting of history, physical exam including pelvic exam, labs (including labs to check for anemia), radiological studies ideally pelvic ultrasound. Vaginal bleeding for 2 months is too long and may cause anemia due to its prolonged nature. I hope this helps.
