Different rashes: erythema toxucum is a rash usually seen after birth consisting of effervescent rash spotty rash, not itchy and resolves spontaneously without ant treatment. It is not toxic nor can it spread to others. Eczema is a more chronic skin condition with red, dar and staley rashes, often itchy and can be triggerecby the environment, foods, shapes etc and can be treated to alleviate symptoms.
