Cough medicines : Cough medicines such as Robitussin have a "cf"(For chest congestion - it has guaifenesin which is an expectorant) formula and a"dm"(For dextronethorphan, which is a cough suppressant) formula people use the cf for chesty cough and "dm" for dry, hacking cough.
