A doctor has provided 1 answer

Uncertain: Hi. There are conflicting reports about risks of hypogonadism and of testosterone therapy on heart risk. In general, if you're on testosterone and your levels are good, I would just treat cardiac risk factors (diabetes, lipids, blood pressure) as indicated. Of course, don't smoke. Eat healthily and exercise regularly.
