Abdominal pain: Hi, which part of your abdomen hurts? Do you have any other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, dark stool, anything makes it better or worse, with the little info u shared not possible to take even a guess. Feel better soon.

Many things.: Maybe you ate too much. Maybe you have an upset stomach. Maybe you have a GI virus. Pregnant? Do you have a fever and nausea and severe pain? Have you had your appendix out? Recent surgery? Your period? This question is far to vague for me to give you much of an answer, but I can say that if you have very severe pain with fever, vomiting or so bad you can't walk, consider seeing a doctor ASAP

Many things: Your stomach can hurt for many reasons such as eating too much food, eating food that is spoiled, too much acid in your stomach and anxiety. If you have other symptoms like fever, vomiting and diarrhea you may have an infection. If pain is severe then it could be something like appendicitis. If pain is severe or you have high fever please go to Emergency. If not rest and drink plenty of water.
