Time to get help: Could be a bad virus, dehydration, low blood sugar, poisoning, carbon monoxide exposure, etc. If fever is present, most likely a viral or bacterial infection, but if your symptoms are severe, a consult with your doctor or urgent care ASAP is advisable.

Seasonal flu: is very common viral infection. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. NSAIDs (e.g. Aleve, (naproxen) Advil) are also recommended every 6 hours. If concerned, see your PCP for examination.
