U can take together: But you're taking a lot of meds and you have MS, so you could get side effects including sedation (generalized CNS depression) and psychomotor retardation (delayed reflexes & clumsiness). I'd try potassium, calcium, and magnesium supplements first (a multi-vitamin with minerals would work). And I'd try some Aleve (naproxen) first, if you don't have any contraindications to anti-inflammatories.

Yes: You should be able to take those medications together with no problems. They are from different medication classes and should compliment each other well for the pain and muscle spasms you are experiencing today. I wish you all the best!

Of course: When two or more drugs are taken simultaneously, they may interact with one another to produce an additive or synergistic effect. Plus, tramadol does not affect the pharmacokinetics or pharmacodynamics of flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl).
