I've been getting very bad light heads that are almost causing me to pass out with vomiting and pains in my lower right side of stomach?

Go to ER ASAP: Unfortunately, without more history, examining u, and possibly performing some diagnostic tests, I cannot determine the cause of ur symptoms. My concern is that ur symptoms may be due to appendicitis, which can be life threatening if it ruptures. U may just have a bad urinary tract infection or viral gastroenteritis, which are less serious, but also should be evaluated and treated. See Dr ASAP!
