Walking is good.: We shouldn't devalue the benefit of brisk walking as a whole body cardiovascular exercise which is low-impact and healthy benefits. Aerobics don't have to be strenuous to be helpful. A daily brisk walk, say 30 minutes, will help with weight loss, heart health and improvement of many medical conditions.
