Does pom juice really reverse heart disease?

NO!: I don't know what source you got this misinformation from, but I doubt it was reputable. If you want to enjoy the flavor and vitamins in pom juice, by all means, do. But don't drink it because you think it will "reverse heart disease." I wish it did, but it doesn't.

No: Hi. There are no data to suggest that pomegranate juice reverses heart disease, and there is no scientific basis to suggest that it does. All anti-oxidant trials in heart disease have so far been disappointing. If you like pomegranate juice, go for it, but not for the expectation of improved clinical outcomes. Eat healthily and exercise regularly. Good luck!
