Same: Same as normal heart rate, 60 to 100 BPM although up to 110 BPM would be ok based on 2011 guidelines.

60-100: The resting heart rate ideally should be well below 100 beats per minute, which is similar to a heart rate in normal rhythm. There may be some leeway with regard to rate depending on various other factors such as other illnesses and how recently the diagnosis was made.

It may or may not: Further assessment is needed to confirm that diagnosis. That increase in heart rate can be caused by anxiety, pots, dehydration, etc.

Resting heart rate 48bpm with concor pill, should I be concerned?

Symptoms?: As you are taking a beta blocker (concor), your doctor typically may be attempting to achieve a slightly lower heart rate than normal (often in the 50's). An occasional heart rate in the 40's with no symptoms is usually OK. If your heart rate is mostly in the 40's and especially if you feel fatigue, dizziness, etc. your may need a reduction in your dose. Talk with your doctor about this!
