I often find myself addicted to whatever i like (person, games, songs, movie etc.) it takes over all my priorities. please help me to get rid of this?

Fall in love with...: Hi. I suggest you fall in love with an intellectual pursuit. All the things you mention are fun, but rather superficial. Find out how amazingly cool science and the universe around you are. Depth is very cool and superficial is, well, shallow. When your intellect is engaged, the people you associate with tend to be equally interesting. Good luck!
