Chest pain causes: Chest pain has many causes, suspicion depending on age/health problems, history and physical. Unable to diagnose in this forum, but in general, chest pain can come from the heart (less likely in 22 year old), lungs, esophagus/stomach, ribs/muscles, blood vessels, other. Narrowing down the long list of specific ailments requires one-on-one evaluation.
