We need more...: More information is needed in order to give you an accurate answer. How old are you? Have you had a specific problem diagnosed? What other symptoms are you having? One thing we can tell and that there is no "natural" way of changing your FSH/ LH levels. The treatment relies on what the hormonal issue is so you need to follow up with your GYN doctor on this.
