Depression?: Start by seeing your doctor to check for medical/hormonal issues. Then see a mental health professional like a psychologist. If none are available and you have a philosophical/spiritual view on life talk w/a spiritual leader who is kind and practical. Peace and good health.

Counseling: See a certified psychologist or psychaitrist. I agree that you will need a full medical evaluation and testing. Make sure to get thyroid and trstosterone levels checked; however, this DOES sound like clincal depression: CBT( cognitive behavioral therpy) RET ( rational emotive therapy) are available through couning and medication (antidepressant) from your physician. Diet, exercise, amd meditate .
