My wife is diabetic since she was 17, my daughter 5yrs suddenly has no appetite&feeling of vomiting, tests done for hba1c was6.5 rbg70,should i worry?

A1c: Hemoglobin A1c; normal for children is 1.8 to 4% of Hgb, so I would talk to your doctor. If RBG is the equivalent of fasting blood sugar that level is 70 to 99 as normal.

Your daughter's: symptoms may suggest the onset of diabetes and the A1c level suggests a pre-diabetic state. She needs to see a Dr ASAP and get treated for possible ketoacidosis.
