Yes, but: You should use the Healthtap concierge (or premium) service so as to have a private 1 to 1 discussion with a physician. That will be more helpful and safer

Pictures: Realize pictures are never the same as a face to face examination. It is possible to send a link to the picture you take and possibly one of the Doctors could see it and provide you some insight, remembering that HealthTap is not for diagnosing and treatment, whereas the Concierge PRIME service is. Also remember any pictures should be medical in nature and not inappropriate. Best wishes.
