How are you examinin: Signs of pregnacy include: 1 or missed missed cycles, breast pain or fullness, early morning nausea/vomiting weight gain or increrasing andominal girth, not to mention unprotected intercourse. Cervical height is not a sign and softening begins at 4-8 weeks: Do a home pregnacy test and/or protect yourself-consult your GYN for BC if needed.

Test or wait: If your period is due today a home pregnancy test will be reliable, you could do one - or wait to see if your period starts. Neither discharge nor checking the cervix tells you anything useful. Good luck either way!
