Lay down with her: Get down on the floor with her. Singing and playing games with her will encourage her to stay there longer.

Short sessions: Try doing multiple short sessions a day. Babies often will like tummy time for only a couple of minutes at a time -- this is ok-- just make sure you do it often. As they get older and stronger, it will become more fun. Make sure you set up toys and put your face in their line of sight. Never put your baby to sleep on their tummy.

Leave them alone: The best thing to do is to leave them alone. Try to get rid of the offending agent, heat, over bundling; consider an office visit if baby's skin does not improve. It may be eczema or another common childhood rash.

Lose weight: Vitamin e has also been shown to help. You do have a risk of gall stones with rapid weight loss. Ironically patients who had some fat when they dieted as opposed to no fat, developed fewer gall stones.

Probably!: Most babies pause breathing for 15 to 20 seconds in the first few months of life. If the breathing resumes spontaneously and there is no change in color it s usually normal. Make sure you take him to his doctor for a ceck up.

Viral infection: Viral infections are the most common cause of gastroenteritis. This causes severe diarrhea and cramping. If it doesn't resolve over the next few days then i would see your physician. If you run high fevers or feel especially ill i would recommend getting checked out. Most of these resolve on their own.
