No, yes: Lorazepam is a benzodiazepine not an MAO Inhibitor, You can take it with mucinex, (guaifenesin) though good evidence for effectiveness of Mucinex (guaifenesin) is lacking. Fluids and steam and avoiding sudafed and other drying agents in over the counter cough medicines is probably at least as effective. if not more so, with less side effects.
