No specific time: Technically, you can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) & Naproxen at the same time as they work by different mechanisms & don't interfere w/ one another. Some drs. don't approve of taking 2 meds.Most people, if they do this, take them at least 2 hrs apart, though. Word of caution: you have high blood pressure and NSAIDS like naproxen or ibuprofen can affect your pressure & damage kidneys. Be careful taking these meds.
