Yes but same effects: causative organisms different , follow your doctor advise and medication. Most of the time cause is poor hygiene , not cleaning the ares ,phimosis ( unable to retract fore skin to keep clean ) some times on set of diabetes present as balanitis . Some times circumcision may be needed
