Why not seen Dr yet?: You have an evident concern, and likely some problem that needs evaluated in person by history and physical exam. Then may need blood tests and some imaging to see what is going on. See your Dr as best place to start--he/she may refer you to a Urologist, but might be Endocrine issue, abdominal issue, or other problem--cannot ID via Internet.
