Where?: Hard to say much without knowing the size and location? BUT, you mention little, so I am not at all worried about this as long as the baby is feeding well and not having a fever. I would say do not make any attempt to get rid of this. It will drain and resolve on its own. Any attempt to do so could introduce bacteria into the skin and actually cause infection!

Red pimple: It would help to have more information, but for the moment you can apply antibiotic ointment to the pimple three times daily
