Negative pregnancy: It is unlikely to be pregnant after a surgical abortion, with negative test and regular periods, May be you need to have an ultrasound to clear your doubts.

Abortion: If you had a surgical abortion 26 weeks a go the you could have become pregnant since then. .do a pregnancy test. If it is positive the it is a new pregnancy and likely to be normal

You're probably not: But see a good OBGYN and ask for an exam that will convince you - By this time, a sonogram that you can observe should relieve you of concern. To deal with your feelings about this, I urge you to find a sensitive psychotherapist to talk to. It's clearly important to you - so you deserve to be treated w/ respect. Best!

Negative test: You said you had a negative test. If your test are negative then then you are not still pregnant.
