More info needed: Depends on what you are taking the tranexamic acid for. You should ask the prescribing MD this question, as your physician would have access to your records and lab tests. You should certainly drink plenty of fluids on your trip and walk around every couple hours--again, more info is needed as to why you are on this medication.
