A member asked:

I have pcos, taking vitex to regulate my cycle. mild continuous cramping 6 days after period with regular unprotected sex. wha could be causing this?

Unknown: Hard to specifically answer this Question. Many patients with PCOS are unable to generate an adequate endometrium after a cycle starts. The result is continuous bleeding and pain. The estrogen levels are not high enough to develop an endometrium that will stop bleeding so patients continue to bleed and have pain until the estrogen levels get to a point to stop bleeding. This often takes weeks
