Allergies???: Hard to say- could be allergic reaction to environment, laundry detergent or dryer sheets, soap or shower products. Keep a journal of when the itching begins and what you did and what you used that day and day before. Possibly see a Dr. or Allergist

Rash: Is it only on your right arm and nowhere else if that is true then it seems more likely what are arm is coming in contact with it could be contact or atopic dermatitis please see your physician such that he can tell you it is a controllable issue
