Infection: As described, it sounds like he has an infection. It could be viral or bacterial. If viral, he may eventually fight it off and then get better. If bacterial, he may eventually need antibiotics. I just helped write an article about men and why they do not go the Doctor. It can be a problem! Keep on him if he gets worse!
