Disconnect: Unusual manifestation but might reflect damage to nerves that regulate blood flow to the groin before, during and after sexual arousal. At some point afterward, do his testicles eventually return to their normal size? Recommend evaluation ion by neurologist and possible new brain scan, (MRI/ CT), to compare and see if any changes from original post stroke study
