Whats the least painful way to remove a skintag?

Stout threat: This can be done at home. Get a piece of stout carpet thread, and tie an over hand loop (don't close it). Then put the loop over the skin tag, have a friend grab the ends while you pull on the tag so the normal skin below the tag is within the loop of thread, and then have your friend pull hard on the ends (slight pinch for you), and tie one more knot in it.Wait 5-7 days - its gone!
