That was a very old: term, and you need to see a dermatologist for culture, diagnosis and correct treatment if OTC lamisil (terbinafine) doesn't clear it.

Do you mean Foot --: Drop? Generally we use conservative measures like a footdrop splint to keep the foot in neutral position and get physical therapy to maintain strength in the muscles of the leg/ankle/foot. Majority of these recover quite well. Good Luck.
