Any STD can be: transmitted through oral sex, including syphilis, if the other person is infected (which they may not know). Gonorrhea, chlamydia and HPV(human papilloma virus) are more common than syphilis these days and can be transmitted this way, This is why use of condoms for oral sex, as well as anal or vaginal sex is so important.
