NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!: Mix formula ONLY and EXACTLY according to the instructions! Diluting it can cause water intoxication and severe electrolyte problems in a very tiny person who cannot deal with these problems and can easily become VERY sick.

No: Never dilute formula as doing so can harm the baby. Use only as directed on the package.
