I was lifting weights and my wrist poped and i had pain for a few minutes. now every time i move my wrist it clicks and i feel a build up of pressure.

Time to visit w/ Doc: You have likely injured a tendon or possibly one of the fascial sheaths that holds the pulleys on the fingers in place. You may also have damaged tendons that are in the "carpal tunnel"or fascia of the wrist. An orthopedist with a subspecialty interest in the arms, hands is the best person to assess this. If you develop weakness or alteration in sensation that's potentially serious. C MD ASAP
