Not to be cured but: Schizophrenia can be managed with medication and therapy to the extent that you can have a normal and fulfilling life. There is ongoing research into the causes of schizophrenia and we all hope these will eventually lead to a cure but the we are not there yet. http://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/publications/schizophrenia/index.shtml

Schizophrenia: Although there isn't currently a cure for Schizophrenia it is definitely treatable which can significantly improve one's quality of life.
