You are sick: Without an exam, we can not really know what those symptoms mean. You may have a virus affecting your intestines, and the discomfort is referred to your back as well as the front with your nausea and Fullness. See the Doc if it persists. Get well soon.

Could be..: Various things could be causing this type of symptoms. The most common is a viral syndrome if symptoms have been present just recently. Plenty of fluids and rest recommended. IF you are having urinary problems as well it could be a UTI. At your age I would also suggest to get a pregnancy test as well. Visit your doctor for a formal exam and diagnosis.

Lots of things: There are so many possibilities that it would be a good idea to see your MD. For starters, check a pregnancy test. Next you may be having a GI virus, food poisoning or a UTI. Thus a thorough evaluation is in order, in the meantime hydrate and rest.If symptoms remain too troublesome go to urgent care
