Cramps: Call your OB first. Although your OB may want you to go to the ER call them first. They have seen you and probably have your ultrasound results and know your history. Cramps are concerning, but not necessarily emergent.

The key question is: Are you able to feel fetal movement? And are you bleeding? If you haven't begun feeling fetal motion yet then you should still be able to have the baby's heart tones checked in labor and delivery triage. Have you had leakage of fluid? Yes, you should probably have this checked out if there is fluid, blood, fever or any change in fetal motion.Have you called OB and spoken with them? You should. Now
