Schedule appointment: A simple, scheduled office visit like a urinary tract infection whouldn't be much more than $75-100, including the cost of a prescription. When you get sick from a bladder infection, and notice that I said 'When' you can end up spending $1000's on an ER visit or more if you have to be admitted to the hospital. Don't wait for that. Get treated while it's simple, before you get very sick.

Are you sure: you have a UTI? Have you been tested? Was this confirmed? If so, ask the diagnosing doctor for a prescription. Certain UTI meds are free at pharmacies. If not, try going to a community clinic which offers free health care. You might want to try an urgent care as well. Best of luck!
