Stress?: A vibrating feeling in a breast is not likely to be a symptom of breast disease. It may be due to muscle spasms(twitches)of the chest wall muscles. Sometimes stress or anxiety can cause us to focus on a transient bodily symptoms that would normally not worry us or get our attention. However if the symptoms continue you should see your physician.

Internal thoracic n.: This is an interesting question. What could be causing a feeling of vibrating in the right breast? The mammary nerve (called the Internal thoracic Nerve) runs along the Internal Thoracic Artery as it drops into the breast. It's formed from the Phrenic nerve which connects to the diaphragm and subclavian plexus. The vibration may be some type of odd stimulation of that nerve in its course.
