Here are some ...: At the time of 6 wks after open varicocelectomy usually via inguinal incision, the best "Rx" is still patience and time and it's okay as long as slowly but surely getting better day by day. What is the final point of postop improvement? It may progress and last up to 1-2 yrs to see the maximal recovery, and no one can predict; but time will tell. That is reality of life. Best wishes ...
