A COMBINATION: There is no specific test but a group of test: imaging (ultrasound, ct scan or mri), blood test (AFP) and biopsy for tissue diagnosis. All three necessary.

Biopsy: Usually a biopsy but a ct or MRI can usually give a good idea or rule it out.
