Constipated: From your description, you may be constipated. A change in diet might be helpful by increasing the fiber in your diet. Lots of fruits and vegetables, nuts, raisins, figs, dates as well as high fiber cereals are excellent. Reduce the dairy products in your diet and drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily.
