ER: If you are having severe right lower abdominal pain it could be your appendix and that needs to be taken care of right away. If the severe pain is in the upper right abdomen it could be your gall bladder and that also should be evaluated. Finally, if it is pain in the right flank it could be a kidney stone. Regardless, it sounds like a trip to the ER is needed!
