?where is pain?: Based on this information, hard for me to assess whether you fractured a bone, herniated a disc, have a post-traumatic headache, tore your rotator cuff, injured your hip, or traumatized a nerve. If the pain is truly immobilizing, please go to a nearby hospital emergency dept and get this fully checked out.
