Not usually: Normal vaginal secretions that occur when aroused during sexual relations should not be truly affected by the pill. Sometimes, it is normal not to have a lot of vaginal moisture with every sexual interlude, and in those cases, using a vaginal lubricant may be beneficial and prevent dryness and subsequent irritation. Which can also make sex more enjoyable for you. Best wishes.

It can: Some women do have less vaginal lubrication on the pill. If it is a persistent problem then ask your GYN to change to a different pill with different hormones and/or dosages. In the meantime, use astroglide or KY.
