Sure!: If you have regular cycles and have had sexual intercourse this past month, then, by all means, do a home pregnancy test. The test can convert to positive within 7-10 days of conception. The only downside is money. If the test is negative, but you still haven't had a period by next week, you'll need to buy another test kit.
