Probably.: It's unlikely (but not impossible!) that you would ovulate less than two weeks after a miscarriage so conception would be unlikely before Nov. 19. A pregnancy test wouldn't be positive for another 7-10 days. However, if you have prego symptoms and are interested, it's fine to take the test now. If it's negative but you don't start your next period on time, repeat the test at that time.

Get tested: While,doubtful,pregnancy in light if miscarriage, stranger things have happened. Start on prenatals if. Not on them now, and go ahead and test. Good luck
