Can provide relief: If by bothersome you mean due to painful compression of underlying nerves or even from a cosmetic perspective then, an experienced surgeon or dermatologist should be able to do a good job. Chances are, however, that those bumps may return in the future and you'll have to redo the procedure. Good luck.
