My 10 wk baby was on 7.5mg of omeprazole, it is not agreeing with her,has been put on 1ml x 3 ranitidine instead,should we wean her off omeprazole 1st?

Likely not: Since you started a new anti reflux medication you likely do not have to wean the original one. You do not mention how long she has been on it (but she is very young to have been on it long) or how it is 'not agreeing with her', but you are likely ok to stop it since you started ranitidine.
